The studio
We make events look as good as they felt.
Stagewave is a New York City event content studio. We're the crew in the wings, on the floor, and at the edit bay — turning one day in a room into weeks of content your team is proud to ship.
Our story
Born on event floors, built for the feed.
Stagewave started where most great event content does — backstage, at 6am, taping cables and watching the room fill up. We came up covering conferences, launches, and activations across the city, and we noticed the same gap everywhere: incredible events that vanished from the internet by the time the recap was ready weeks later.
So we rebuilt the model around speed without sacrificing craft. We bring an embedded content team to your event — operators who move like producers and an edit station that ships while the energy is still in the room. The cinematic recap still comes. It just doesn't keep your audience waiting.
Today we cover events across all five boroughs, from Midtown ballrooms to Brooklyn rooftops, for brands and organizers who want their event to live online as loudly as it did in person.
How we work
Four things we never cut corners on.
Producers first
We think about logistics before lenses. Load-in windows, run-of-show, union rules, sightlines — the unglamorous prep that decides whether the moment actually gets captured.
Documentary instinct
The best event content isn't staged. We read a room, anticipate the reaction, and catch the candid beat a second before it happens.
Built for the feed
Every frame is shot with the final platform in mind. Vertical hooks, captioned cuts, and pacing tuned to where your audience actually scrolls.
Speed without sloppiness
Same-day turnaround is our default, not our rush tier. On-site editors keep the quality bar high while the energy is still peaking.
On the kit list
A full content operation, one vendor.
From multi-cam rigs to the edit bay, everything you need to cover a room well lives under one roof — no stitching together three vendors and hoping the footage matches.
