How fast can we get content during the event?
Same day. We run an on-site edit station so vertical cut-downs can be in your hands within hours — often while the event is still happening. The flagship recap film follows in 4–8 business days depending on scope, with rush options available.

Where in New York City do you cover events?
All five boroughs and the surrounding metro. We regularly work venues across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and the Bronx, from hotel ballrooms and convention centers to rooftops, lofts, and pop-up spaces. Travel beyond the city is available for multi-day programs.

What's included in a typical coverage package?
Most engagements include a flagship recap film, a same-day social package (9:16 and 1:1), speaker or hero-moment clips, and a curated stills gallery. Exact deliverables are built around your run-of-show and content calendar — see the Services page for package detail.

Do you shoot multi-camera and capture clean audio?
Yes. For stage programs we run multiple operators for wide masters, tight close-ups, and audience reactions, with a clean board feed plus a backup lav mix so quotes and captions are accurate. Coverage scales to the size of your room.

Can you match our brand's look and color?
Absolutely. We grade to your brand's color language and can work from your style guide, lower-third templates, and logo lockups so everything we deliver drops straight into your existing channels and decks.

How do you handle releases, talent, and sensitive moments?
We coordinate model-release handling with your producers and keep discreet operators on executive and VIP moments. For corporate events we're mindful of confidential content and will work to an approved shot list and no-film zones.

What do you need from us to plan coverage?
A run-of-show or rough agenda, venue details, your priority moments, and the platforms you're posting to. The more we know about your goals, the tighter the shot list — and the better the same-day turnaround.

Can you swap in real video and live streaming later?
Yes. The site is built with slots ready for Cloudflare Stream or compressed mp4/WebM loops, and we can integrate with your live-stream or broadcast partner on the day. Talk to us about your delivery needs in advance.
